The services we provide cover a broad range of tasks that are individualized based on your needs. Some of you will be seen weekly and others monthly. Our engagement can be short-term or long-term. Depending on your situation, we can either teach you to use the tools that will give you independence or provide ongoing personal support. You can be confident that we will handle your personal information with a high level of confidentiality and security. You will find that, after hiring us we will become a trusted and valued asset to you and your family.

That being said, below is a list of the services we offer and not all of them may apply to you. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts

    • Scanning and filing all statments​

    • Reviewing all activity to make sure that there is nothing of an unusual nature to help reduce the risk of Identity Theft or Fraud

    • ​Preparing and making deposits at your financial institution and resolving problems with your bank statements. 

  • Bill Paying

    • Setting up a schedule for paying your bills to insure timely payment. Depending on your needs, this system could possibly include giving you the tools to pay the bills yourself, setting up automatic online payments, or our company paying the bills for you.

    • If your bills are not paid online and require handwritten checks, we will prepare them to either be signed by you or your legal representative (this could be PB Support if we are given fiduciary responsibilities).

    • Review bills for accuracy and resolve any issues with the payees if any activity is inaccurate.

    • Scanning and filing the statements

  • Mail Management

    • Sorting through your mail and organizing it for you

    • Setting up and maintaining an accurate record keeping system

    • Filing and scanning the documents that need to be kept and shredding anything of a sensitive nature

    • Receiving or delivering mail to post office

  • Record Keeping

    • All of your financial acitivity will be recorded electronicly either by Quicken or QuickBooks. Every expense or income item that you have will be tracked and catagorized. This system will make organizing your financial data for your tax return very simple. 

    • Organize records for tax preparer

  • ​Monthly Expense and Budget Tracking​

    • As stated above, ​every expense or income item that you have will be tracked and catagorized electronically. This system will easily enable us to give you regular reports on your financial picture.

  • Review of Medical Insurance Claims
    • Preapare and submit your claims
    • Review explanations of benefits and work with Medicare and/or the insurance company to make sure claims have been paid properly

  • Special Projects
    • Collection and organization of financial data for special situations such as court cases, applying for Medicaid, moving or applying for a loan.
  • Notary Public
    • New York State Notary Public
